When Becky O\u2019Brien appeared on the stage of Season 9 of Britain\u2019s Got Talent, she didn\u2019t think that it would change her life. Encouraged by her oldest son, Jack, she decided to give it a try.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the mother of five told the judges of how she had overcome an abusive relationship, Becky indicated that she would do what she did best. That is, sing \u201cOver the Rainbow,\u201d a song famously performed by Judy Garland.<\/p>\n

Becky O\u2019Brien finished her performance, receiving a standing ovation from everyone present at the venue, bringing tears to her eyes. As she gazes around the crowd, she kisses her children and waits for the judges\u2019 determination.<\/p>\n

After Britain\u2019s Got Talent, Becky O\u2019Brien got the opportunity to tour the United Kingdom singing the music of a forgotten era. She also sang in luxury cruise lines around the world as part of her one-woman show.<\/p>\n
